Originally from Rock Hill South Carolina, Hoby is a local with a lifetime of experience here in York County SC. He currently lives in Fort Mill with his wife Samantha, and their two German Shepards. Hoby attended The University of South Carolina and graduated with a BS in Business Administration (Investment Finance). He has worked for some of the largest new home builders in the country, and with smaller local contractors as well. He has been with The Josh Boyd Team since 2017 and works as an SC and NC licensed Realtor® as well as the team's Transaction Coordinator.
